Data Deletion

HiveMind, formerly Veehive Mind, operated by Veehive at veehivemind.com, gives you two ways to delete data: disconnect an individual connected channel, or request full deletion of your organization’s data. Both are described below.

Option 1 — Disconnect a channel in the app

To disconnect a connected channel — an Instagram Business account, a YouTube channel, a LinkedIn account, or an email sender:

  1. Sign in to HiveMind.
  2. Go to Settings → Connections.
  3. Find the channel you want to remove and choose Disconnect.

Disconnecting a channel immediately revokes and deletes the access token we stored for that account in Google Secret Manager. After disconnecting, we can no longer access that account, publish to it, or retrieve its insights.

You can also revoke our access from the platform’s own settings, without signing in to HiveMind. For a connected Google or YouTube account, use myaccount.google.com/permissions. For Instagram, use your Meta account’s Apps and Websites settings; for LinkedIn, use Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services.

Option 2 — Request full deletion of your data

To request deletion of all of your organization’s data, email privacy@veehive.ai from the email address associated with your account, and include the name of your organization.

What gets deleted

  • the business and brand information you provided (brand profiles, voice and style guidelines, audiences, and goals);
  • the content you created inside the platform, including the images and video we generated for your campaigns;
  • all connected-channel access tokens, which are revoked and deleted from Google Secret Manager;
  • the connected-channel data we stored, including the post insights we retrieved for content we published.

Timeframe

We acknowledge deletion requests within 5 business days and complete deletion of your organization’s data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain limited records to meet a legal obligation.
